1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable) to let you know your sunglasses are on their way!

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary based on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, customs).

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Missing or Lost Packages
